Boot Camp

Overview
In this class, participants will take exercising to the next level by combining functional movements and interval training. Participants will work hard with others, while focusing on cardiovascular endurance, strength, muscle definition, core stability and flexibility. Break free from the traditional workout and work up a sweat while burning fat like you've never done before.

Instructor
John Yarbrough, owner of Dogwood Crossfit, will lead this class. John has been a personal trainer for over 4 years, starting his fitness career in Columbus, GA, at the local YMCA. He obtained his CrossFit Trainer certification in 2012, gaining additional experience by working with other CrossFit affiliates in the area. John believes that no matter one’s current skill or fitness level, his approach to fitness can successfully enable any individual to achieve their health goals. John is committed to helping all participants gain skill or reach the desired fitness level to achieve their goals. Dogwood CrossFit is proud to be a part of the fitness community in Cornelius area and looks forward to building a strong and healthier community.
