Join this program where the goal is to get you from a couch potato to a runner. This six-week program is designed to help you transform your sedentary lifestyle into an active one and incorporate running into your daily life. This running program is for beginners but we certainly welcome more advanced runners who are looking for some structure. The plan's manageable expectations makes this program fit anyone and its structure allows for early success.
John Yarbrough, owner of Dogwood Crossfit, leads this class. John has been a personal trainer for over 4 years, starting his fitness career in Columbus, GA, at the local YMCA. He obtained his CrossFit Trainer certification in 2012, gaining additional experience by working with other CrossFit affiliates in the area. John believes that no matter one’s current skill or fitness level, his approach to fitness can successfully enable any individual to achieve their health goals.
