MOVE Strength + Core

Overview

Join this new class which combines cardio exercise, yoga, Pilates, strength training, core work, and athletic stretching into one workout that is powerful, dynamic, and intense. Move Strength + Core will really make you sweat as you burn calories, torch body fat, and work to shed unwanted pounds. The class includes plenty of strength training and muscle building but will not be utilizing a single weight, so your joints will be at ease and you will not have to worry about high-impact moves. Move Strength + Core will help transform your body the way no other program has done before!

Instructor


Heather Watkins, a Certified PiYo instructor, holds a degree in Worksite Health Promotion and has over 15 years of teaching group exercise and working in health and wellness. Heather has taught in New York City, Ireland, and Lake Norman. She knows the importance of cross training with various formats using body muscles in different ways. Heather's high energy and passion for health and wellness make her classes challenging, fun, and effective. 

Equipment


Bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle and comfortable clothes.
