Senior Fit Club

Overview

Join the PARC Department and Jeri Bullock, owner of Fitness by Jeri and a Certified Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer of 30 years, as we present Senior Fit Club. This 6-week fitness program is designed specifically for adults 50 and up.  Participants will take part in low impact aerobics, functional resistance exercises, and flexibility (yoga-like) training designed to increase muscular strength and improve mobility, all while improving overall balance and neuromuscular skills. 
 
Revolutionary vibration machines will be implemented into the program, increasing noticeable results much faster than traditional floor exercises. Some benefits of using Power Plates are:
        - increased bone density
        - increased circulation
        - improved neuromuscular response
        - improved balance and motor skills.

Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and towel.
