Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

Come learn yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) as we learn to adapt to the movement of the water and wind, creating more awareness of the present moment. Paddleboard yoga will refine your technique by making yourself more in tune with your postures, from creating balance from an unstable platform. Although some poses are more challenging, participants say they feel lighter and calmer by floating on the water and listening to the water beneath them.

Participants will need to wear a bathing suit and bring a towel. Lessons are instructed by My Aloha Paddle and Surf, Inc.
