About the Project
On March 7, 2016 the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved Provident Development Group's request to develop 11.227 acres into a 13 lot, low density, single family residential subdivision. The new zoning is Rural Preservation, Conservation Subdivision, Conditional Zoning. PIDs: 00711121, 00711104. The project is located near the intersection of Bailey Road and Bailey Springs Drive.
