The Town has contracted with AMT traffic engineers to prepare the Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA). It is anticipated that the TIA will be complete in mid- to late October. A completed and approved TIA is required to be available for public inspection and review prior to the scheduling of any Planning Board meeting for project review.
On September 9, 2016, the Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviewed the Pub drawings only. The ARB felt, if the development was approved by the Town Board, the Pub would be a good mix of uses and would be appropriate. The building front was requested to match the building rear. Parking was to be better delineated and make sure adequate parking is provided.
Meeting dates are subject to change. Please revisit this page prior to any meeting to confirm the date and time. All meetings will be in Town Hall (21445 Catawba Avenue), unless indicated otherwise.
