About the Project

Request by Old Swan Development, LLC to modify the existing 5,000 square foot building to operate a restaurant which will feature a patio, indoor and outdoor seating; rotating food trucks to serve a varied menu; an entertainment component (both inside and outside); and, to incorporate Cornelius’ walking trail to the rear of the property. 

Current Zoning: Highway Commercial. Proposed Zoning: Conditional Zoning.
