MOVE Circuit Training

Overview

Circuit Training is a fun and effective way to add variety to your workout. Move from station to station performing cardio and strength exercises to improve aerobic fitness, burn fat, sculpt muscles, and improve strength. This class is perfect for any exercise level as all moves can be modified to suit each individual. Heather will coach and motivate you, while teaching new exercises each week!


Instructor

 
Heather Watkins, a Certified PiYo instructor, holds a degree in Worksite Health Promotion and has over 15 years of teaching group exercise and working in health and wellness. Heather has taught in New York City, Ireland, and Lake Norman. She knows the importance of cross training with various formats using body muscles in different ways. Heather's high energy and passion for health and wellness make her classes challenging, fun, and effective.  

Equipment


Bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle and comfortable clothes.


Registration

 
Participants register on site.  Come early so that class will start on time
Class price includes Body Composition Testing.
