About the Project


Request by Leon Capital Group to subdivide approximately 55 acres, located on the northeast corner of West Catawba Avenue and Westmoreland Road, to allow buildings as principal uses on individual parcels as depicted on the plan. The uses requested are those uses shown on the plan, including commercial uses as shown, multi-family independent living units and townhome units. The total proposed non-residential square footage shown on the plan is a maximum of 118,000, the total number of townhome units will not exceed 170, and the total number of independent living units will not exceed 150. The proposed zoning is Conditional Zoning (CZ).

Although the application has been filed, the applicant is not prepared to move forward with the transportation impact analysis (TIA) or staff review of the plan at this time due to potential changes to the plan. No meetings are scheduled at this time.
