DB Holdings Amendment

About the Project

On March 6, 2017, the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a conditional zoning request by DB Automotive Real Estate Holdings to construct a one-story 26,800 square foot building on 5.62 acres for automotive sales and service. Jack Salzman has applied for an amendment to this rezoning to construct a 3,800 square foot addition to the existing building located at 18705 Statesville Road. This parcel is currently zoned Highway Commercial, Automotive Sales District Overlay.
