About the Project

South Creek Construction is requesting an amendment to a previously approved plan, which allows for three (3), four-story multi-family buildings in the Bailey’s Glen subdivision totaling 132 units. The amendment proposes an additional clubhouse building for the pool, an additional building to function as the pool pump house and for chemical storage, and a reduction in the screening buffer along Old Statesville Road.

The multi-family site is located on the western edge of the neighborhood, adjacent to the railroad tracks, and is zoned Village Center, conditional zoning. PID: 007-131-17
