About the Project
On November 21, 2016 the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a request by Mariner Properties, Inc. to develop two parcels at the northeast corner of Bailey Road and Statesville Road into a mixed-use retail, restaurant and office village, similar to the adjacent Oakhurst I. The new development will contain three buildings totaling +/- 40,000 square feet and associated outdoor spaces and parking. Zoning: Conditional Zoning. PIDs: 00503402, 00508120.
