About the Project

Request by Alexander Farms MU, LCC to develop approximately 55 acres, located on the northeast corner of West Catawba Avenue and Westmoreland Road, into a mixed use development consisting of commercial, independent living, single-family residences, and open space.  The total proposed non-residential square footage shown on the Rezoning Plan is +/-120,360 commercial and +/- 200,000 senior independent living units.  The total proposed residential unit count shown on the Rezoning Plan is 76 single-family detached homes. The proposed zoning is Conditional Zoning (CZ).
