About the Project

On November 19, 2018 the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a request by Convenience Development Partners, LLC (REZ 01-18) to develop approximately 9 acres on West Catawba Avenue for commercial/retail purposes. The properties are located at 18808 & 18830 West Catawba Avenue and identified as PIDs 00524319, 00524320.
