About the Project

 
On May 6, 2019 the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a request from the State Employees Credit Union (REZ 01-19) to construct an 8,500 square foot building with 5 drive-through lanes and street frontage parking. A motel is currently on the site. New Zoning: Conditional Zoning.
