About the Project

 
On April 5, 2021, the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a request by Palillo Holdings LLC to rezone parcels 00754101 and a portion of 00754107 (located on the north side of Ayla Lane) to construct seven (7)  single family detached homes on approximately 5.85 acres.
