About the Project

On October 4, 2021 the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a request by Martin Investments of NC, LLC to rezone approximately 1.26 acres located on Chartown Drive south of the Life Fellowship Church to construct a 10,000 sq. ft. building for retail boat sales and storage.
