About the Project

On Monday, October 18, 2021, the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a request by Van-Zen LLC to rezone approximately 6.7 acres located at 20410 Chartown Drive and an adjacent parcel to the north on Chartown Drive to construct a 40,000 sq. ft. club house and 105 garage storage units in four buildings totaling 64,000 sq. ft. to be used as a Luxury Car Club.  Zoning: Conditional Zoning.
