The proposed six-story building will have commercial on the first floor and residential on the remaining five stories. Structured parking will be provided with access from Meridian Street and via the Cain Center driveway. Current Zoning: TC and NR. Proposed Zoning: Conditional Zoning. Current Use: Vacant.
