One parcel is currently vacant and the other two parcels are currently occupied by a duplex residential dwelling unit. Current Use: Vacant/Residential. Current Zoning: Neighborhood Mixed Use. Proposed Zoning: Conditional Zoning. Proposed Use: Microbrewery.
