[ARCHIVED] Lt. Quattlebaum receives citation from Military Order of the Purple Heart

On Friday, July 24, the Department of North Carolina Military Order of the Purple Heart presented Lt. James Quattlebaum with a First Responder Citation.

The citatation is in recognition for resolute action and wounds received in the performance of duties on May 2, 2015.

Lt. Quattlebaum shared that he is humbled to be recognized by such a distinguished group of war heroes.
