To make cycling safer and more fun, the Cornelius Police Department partnered with local experts for a bike rodeo demonstration in Davidson on Wednesday, April 20 to educate young riders. Children, ages 5-12, participated in training stations where they learned about and practiced safe bicycling skills.

The program was offered in partnership with the NC Active Routes to School program, Mecklenburg County Safe Routes to School, and the Town of Davidson Police Department!
