Transportation Projects

Transportation is a top priority for Cornelius residents, visitors, and leaders year after year. The Town maintains some roads, but a majority are managed by NCDOT.

By working with NCDOT and other local agencies (see below), the Town develops plans for critical arteries, and intersections. Transportation improvements are also constructed as part of private development projects.
